This exclusive series features a select number of exceptional Texas-based culinary destinations to be featured by the Chaparral Music & Heritage Culinary Series to benefit the San Antonio Parks Foundation and the destination. This collaboration results in an experience and menu that is relevant to the Chaparral Music & Heritage brand where the food tells a story in addition to featuring the Chef(s), brands, and destination during the event to spotlight and help tell that story. The experience is highly produced and packaged for distribution across all media platforms designed to engage audiences beyond the physical attendees.

This episode of the Chaparral Music & Heritage Culinary Series features legendary restaurant - The Palm - in downtown San Antonio steps from the Riverwalk, a 15+ mile linear park.

This exclusive evening is being hosted by the Chaparral Music & Heritage Evergreen Club, Executive Producer Ceslie Armstrong, and The Palm whose culinary story will be shared by General Manager Robert Sanchez. Taste and hear the stories of how The Palm's Italian-American heritage that began in New York City is now enjoyed in San Antonio and other major cities across the USA. Each course; and, dish has a story that pays homage to the multi-cultural heritage of Central and South Texas.

This is a small private evening to benefit the San Antonio Parks Foundation. Tickets are $150 per person and a portion of the proceeds are tax deductible.

Seating options are for tables of two, four, and six. Social distancing and Covid-19 best practices will be in place.
