This exclusive series features a select number of exceptional Texas-based culinary destinations to be featured by the Chaparral Music & Heritage Culinary Series to benefit the San Antonio Parks Foundation and the destination. This collaboration results in an experience and menu that is relevant to the Chaparral Music & Heritage brand where the food tells a story in addition to featuring the Chef(s), brands, and destination during the event to spotlight and help tell that story. The experience is highly produced and packaged for distribution across all media platforms designed to engage audiences beyond the physical attendees.

PRIVATE CULINARY EXPERIENCE BY EXECUTIVE CHEF BRIAN RANDOLPH

This episode of the Chaparral Music & Heritage Culinary Series features Executive Chef Brian Randolph of Dorrego’s at Hotel Valencia on the San Antonio Riverwalk and the South Texas and Latin-inspired musical stylings of guitarist Frank Castro.

This exclusive evening is hosted by the Chaparral Music & Heritage Evergreen Club along. Executive Producer Ceslie Armstrong, along with Hotel Valencia and includes an Argentinian-inspired culinary story told by Executive Chef Brian Randolph. Taste and hear the stories of how Dorrego’s at Hotel Valencia; each course; and, dish is an homage to the multi-cultural heritage of Central and South Texas via his Argentine journey.

This is a small private evening to benefit the San Antonio Parks Foundation. Tickets are $150 per person and a portion of the proceeds are tax deductible.

Seating options are for tables of two, four, and six. Social distancing and Covid-19 best practices will be in place.
